Interior and exterior painting, kitchens, bathrooms, basements and flooring.

Walls, ceilings, trim and exteriors. Prepped properly first, because paint hides nothing.

Layout, cabinetry, counters and finishes, sequenced so the trades do not undo each other.

Full bathroom refits, tub-to-shower conversions, tile, vanities and the waterproofing behind it all.

Turning the floor nobody uses into real rooms, once the moisture question is honestly answered.

Hardwood, LVP, laminate and tile, laid on a subfloor that was actually made flat first.

What you see at the end is the last of five layers, and the order decides whether the finish holds.
Everything that is coming out comes out first. What is behind the wall decides what is possible in front of it.
Anything that has to live inside the wall goes in before it closes. Then drywall, taped and set flat.
The floor goes down and the trim goes on. Both are cut to the room as it actually is, not as it should be.

After having the same door on a house built in the 1950s, the frame finally gave out Sunday afternoon. My wife and I called everyone we could find and were given the craziest quotes along with no assurance that they could get the work done when we needed it. We need a functional front door after all. We called MDM, left a message, and within an hour we had an appointment for NEXT MORNING at a fraction of the cost of the other estimates were given. Incredible service, and very professional. By Monday afternoon, we had a new front door that we love! Could not recommend them enough!

Remodeling is priced off the actual room, so it starts with seeing it rather than with a number.
What it is now, what you want it to be, and roughly when.
A window rather than a vague day, and the name of who is coming.
What is included, what is not, and the cost, on paper, before any deposit.
Rough work, board, floor, trim, then paint, in the sequence that holds.
Tell us about the room and roughly when you would like it done.
