Shillington is a residential borough with many older brick and sided homes, most of them with basements. Unfinished basements are an obvious place to add living space, but in Berks County the first question is always moisture. We answer it honestly before anything is framed.
Exterior trim, porches and siding take the brunt of Pennsylvania weather. Peeling paint usually means moisture or poor prep underneath, so we scrape, prime and caulk before recoating so the finish holds.
Inside, many of these homes have kitchens and bathrooms that are ready for a full refit. We plan the layout to the room, put anything that lives in the walls in before they close, and finish with paint last.
Interior and exterior painting for Shillington homes, prepped properly.
02Kitchen remodels planned to your room and sequenced so trades do not clash.
